Turbo Kick
The ultimate cardiovascular challenge, complete with a sport specific warm-up, bouts of intense intervals, easy to follow combinations, and kickboxing-specific strength/endurance training. Turbo Kick session II runs from Monday, Oct. 27 through Dec. 8, 6 - 7 p.m. Class is held in the FC gym; cost is $12 for the 6 week class, payable at the first class.
Zumba
Zumba fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be FUN and EASY TO
DO! Classes begin Friday, Oct. 31 and will run through Dec. 19, from 11:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. in the FC gym. Cost is $12.

Cardio Dance
Cardio Dance is a 1-hour, upbeat aerobic–based fitness class that will help participants get in shape with style. So get ready to move around, rocks those shoulders and shake those hips! This class provides great cardio vascular exercise as it gets your heart rate up and help you burn calories while moving and dancing to fun music. In addition, some muscle sculpting will be included to help tone that body, as well as a complimenting warm up and cool down. Please note that this class is appropriate for all fitness levels, as modification and progression options will be offered. So whether you are just trying to find a great workout for your health, or you want to get some rhythm for going out on the town or learn new moves for when you dancing around the house, come give Cardio Dance a try!
Body Core
Body Core is a 30-minute quick, yet beneficial fitness class that concentrations on the "core" – which includes the abdomen, obliques, gluts and lower back. Additionally, this class will expand by also working the inner and out thighs. This relaxing workout features many Pilates-based exercises and is accompanied by peacefully music. Much of this class consists on the floor, so be sure to bring a mat. Please note that this class is appropriate for all fitness levels, as modification and progression options will be offered. A workout that is targeted, time-efficient and calming – what else could you ask for? It's a great way to tone up the mid-area of your body!

Body Sculpting
A 1–hour fitness class that will help you tone, tighten and strengthen the
major muscle groups of your body, targeting your shoulders, back, triceps, biceps, abs, gluts, quads, ham strings,
inner and out thighs, and calves. In addition to a variety of fun exercises to work these muscles, the class features
short cardio intervals to pump up the heart rate. Although this is a low impact class, participants are challenged and
calories are burned! The best part of Body Sculpt is that any fitness level is welcome. Please bring a mat with you
to class.
All Abs
A quick, 30–minute fitness class that focuses on the core of the body, working the abdomen, obliques and lower
back. The core is often a troublesome area, so why not dedicate an entire class to firming
up those abs? This class offers a wide range of exercises to work all parts of the abs: lower, upper and side walls. Plus,
whenever the abdomen is worked, exercises should also be done for the back. So, this class also strengthens the lower back,
helping say goodbye to those love handles! All Abs is perfect to attend right after Body Sculpt or as an individual class.
